Irina Veselova has been an acting President of Planet Capital over the whole history of the company starting from 1992.

In 1992 Irina was an intern in the U.S. to work with securities in the company “Alex Brown & Sons”.

In 2000-2004 Irina was also the Chief Executive of the investment company “Sberbank-Capital” – joint venture of the Sberbank and Planet Capital (earlier – investment company “Glavstroyinvest – securities”).

In 2006 obtained MBA in strategic marketing at the Stockholm School of Economics. Holds a certificate that allows to deal with securities on the stock and derivatives market. Member of Russian Institute of Directors. Has a status of Certified Adviser of NASDAQ OMX. Represents interests of Russia as an independent Director of Federal Property Management Agency. Irina was engaged in transactions on the organization of financing over $ 1 billion from project financing to raising funds from private investors and the public market capital.
