Mr. Aditya Tiwari graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi in the year 1995. He thereafter persued a degree in law from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. Mr. Tiwari is engaged in active practice of law since December 1999.

Untill 2004 Mr. Tiwari adviced and represented several corporates on issues relating to product liability, minority shareholders’ rights, exit strategies, labour laws, international commercial arbitration and indirect taxes. Since mid 2004 Mr. Tiwari have been engaged in structuring inbound transactions, advising foreign corporations on indirect tax issues, private equity transactions, real estate transactions and structuring joint ventures.

In 2009 Mr. Tiwari founded Themis Legal. Presently, Mr. Tiwari manages Themis Legal as its Managing Partner.

At present, Themis Legal has one office in Delhi, two Partners and two Associates.
